# Dashboard

> An operations overview of content and traffic.

The dashboard is the first screen after signing in, showing an overview of site operations.

## What it shows

* PV / UV traffic
* Post, comment, category and tag counts (category/tag post aggregation)
* Latest comments and content needing attention
* Visitor map and geographic distribution

## Data sources

* Traffic is recorded by the backend and combined with IP geolocation.
* Content counts are computed from the database in real time.
* Charts are rendered with ECharts.

## Tips

* Use traffic trends to see which content performs well.
* Use category and tag distribution to plan content.
* Watch for anomalies and investigate traffic sources.
